After selling the standard import underfloor brake pedal assembly for a few years we decided that it was time to create our own that we could be proud of. We made it have more structural integrity, better aesthetics, fully TIG welded, and made in Texas. Our pedal assembly comes standard with a machined aluminum pedal pad and a stainless steel arm that can be mirror polished or left with a machined finish. One thing we did differently than the others was give you the option for a manual pedal assembly and a power pedal assembly.
For the manual brake assembly we use a 15/16" bore master cylinder.
For the power brake assembly we use a 1" bore master cylinder.
Residual valves are needed in MOST under floor pedal assemblies. You need on for front and rear separately. For disc brakes you need a 2 LBS valve and for drums you need a 10 LBS valve.
